on coming back

......been thinking about coming back since Christmas, though truth to tell in the six months before that I barely thought of ABC, was unwell, mentally. Knew I could recover and then I did and wondered - what happened to writing? Mental illness does things to you - not all totally bad, but let's face it life would be better without it.

Anyway, I have been jotting a few words down here and there; started feeling awkward about returning to the site and - what would I say, do I owe explanations, should I be sorry, and so on. When I saw a link to Bee's journey and just reading it and thinking about Bee, I thought what an extraordinary place this ABC is, how lucky I've been to be part of it and I must stop being embarrassed and just go back.

So I'm back with warm wishes to online friends.

I've read your three stories (you took the best one down) and they all are excellent. It's good to find a forum for your thoughts. I didn't notice you were away, but I don't notice lots of things. Glad to see your writing again and getting the chance to read it is a big plus. Keep writing.
