Spartan Diet

Just a collection of notes from my diet attempts, mainly to see where things go wrong and sharing them, is really aimed at breaking my own taboo of keeping this kind of thing private.
I hope people don't mind me sharing them on abc tales, and although when I am eating junk I mock dieting, I do hope it allows me to build a positive outlook writing about the experience.
