Wimbledon tennis final, how surreal is this?
I've never been a fan of hers and having been in her presence had my thoughts confirmed.On Sunday evening I was watching the men's tennis final stood next to none other than Cherie Booth amongst others! How surreal is that.

I used to know her Dad. He was having a thing with my landlady in Glossop when I worked in Manchester for a spell. He was good fun!

He's always seemed it from what I've read, she on the other hand was very aloof, but that may have been because my friend got her back up a few weeks before.

The men's final was so amazing I don't think I was aware who stood next to me...that match blew me away!

I agree - it was certainly the finest game of tennis I've ever seen - and that's a fair old few.

I didn't get to see it all, only the first few sets when it looked like it was all going to be over quite quickly.
