Error 403 glitches

Dear all.
Firstly a thanks to techie Paul who resolved this problem for me for than once.
However, each time I attempt to log in, ERROR 403 pops up saying access to ABC denied.
A few moments ago I was briefly logged in to thank Jennifer and Verdana for commenting on my story Switching off.
Instantly dismissed and unable to reply.
The following is my eticket for rail travel,paid a lot for a seat only to receive this.

And that is only a fraction of the print out.
Needless to say I missed my train.
Is anybody else having computer problems or is just me.??

Wow- that must be Stella Nova- I hope you have a coat with you? No wonder it was expensive- that's how it goes with space travel nowadays- it's so popular that they have jacked up the prices- bloody capitalists.

the site is working fine for me. I have noticed that the same posts have been multiplyed on Recently added. I expect Footsie is tinkering but that shouldn't affect your computer, only the site?

well most of my stories are brain glitches, thrown off at random, don't know if the excess neurons are causing problems with your computers system. Check for hash marks.
