I recently read "How to Research Investment Properties" by Debra Lohrere. Published through Equilibrium Books in Australia.
I found this to be a really informative and easy to read book about investing in property, and how to do your own research, so that you are well equipped to make good decisions.
It also had a really handy section at the back, which was in point form, and gave some great tips on budgeting (not usually my favourite subject, but it did make sense). It also talked about Compounding interest, goal setting and how gearing can be used.
I got my copy from the web site www.equilibriumbooks.com. I am not sure if it is in normal book shops or only available on line.
Has anyone else read it yet?

No, although before decided to invest in property I would probably need to read a book called something along the lines of "How to survive a very warm, very dark night in hell" to prepare me for the ultimate consequences of my actions.
