RE: The House of Mirrors - Chapter One

Hey, sorry im posting this as a comment but im new here still need to learn the ropes! This is the first chapter of my novel 'The House of Mirrors', which is currently a work in progress. I would appreciate any feedback, constructive crit, or even just a little comment to let me know you've read it. After all, i write for others enjoyment as well as my own, and what better way to learn than from your own readers? Chapter 2 & 3 are already finished and will be posted soon.
