Help With London Tubes

I was wondering if anyone could assist me with working out a London tube journey. I want to travel from Carary Wharf to Camden. I'll be travelling on the Jubilee Line and plan to jump off at swiss cottage. Would this hop off be close enough to Chalk Farm Road, or is there another way to get to Chalk Farm hop off?

Your help would be much appreciated :)

Look on streetmap.co.uk to plan a route ... It is a 15-20 minute walk from Swiss Cottage to Chalk Farm. It is then another 10 mins from Chalk Farm to Camden Town Station so you can walk the whole way. I often do so myself.
