I must admit that this piece of shit poem was not my best and I seriously think I made the spirits of Holoween turn over in their graves. Wording is way off and the depth of description is a bit...obtuse. Would you agree or digress and how can I improve? Also, what does Holoween mean to you as a holiday if anything at all? What do you think is the best thing about this ancient tradition?

I think Halloween is great for kids to live out their fantasies of scarey things and get a kick out of that. It sort of unmystifies the closed bedroom closet door.

Agree, I also love the rich history behind this season and how it has survived all these years through religious intolerance; and then a national holiday to recent date. Its really a fun and historical holiday that should be perserved and respected to the new generation, but time will tell. Thank you! - Chinobus -
