postcard from a book ...
am in amsterdam having a very nice time ... did not bring a book with me as am staying at a writer's house ...
have picked alice hoffman's "turtle moon" off the shelf and enjoying it very much ... my travelling llama companion brought "the last jet engine laugh" cannot remember who wrote it ...
thought i would take a quick look into the forums ... are they going to the dogs???
some have gone to the dogs yes, others to the horses...
Good to hear from you Ivory....hope the holiday is going well...great city....the forums continue to antagonise, frustrate, and delight in parts, sometime at the same time.....enjoy your break......
Nice to see someone has found a window for you over there
hope all is well
:-)
So tell me darlings, are you writing there?

Hope you two are totally misbehaving yourselves. I'm off to Devon tomorrow for a long liquidised week end. I'm taking Wendy Cope, Albert Camus and Joseph Roth with me. Do they have Internet Cafes in CiderSpace?
The threads are threadbare of wit. It's been downhill ever since the Awards.
I meant CyderSpace. And I hereby copyright it. hahaha.. as if.
ooooooooh eddie ... have lovely time ... which roth? and will you be able to see straight in Cyderspace????
