self harm in scotland- an update

On sudnay just passed the sunday herald based in the city of glasgow published an article about people who self harm in scotland. The article spelled out what i have been sending to scotlands media for the last four years and trying to get scottish politicians to urgently look in to. The article told that the biggest group who are caught up in this behaviour are the 33-40 year olds dispelling the myth that it is juts young girls caught up in this behaviour. Please help. I am urgently trying to bring more of this debate including series human rights issues to be talked about in the greater glasgow area to do with this group of people in alls ectiuons of glasgow communitys.

I am holding a meeting in west glasgow in the coming ten days. Information will be put on the post. I will invite local media to the meeting and explain the nature of the human rights issues that are being overlooked and about myself someone who was contacting local glasgow media and mps for four years while trying to deal with my own self harm and to tell about the what i see as human rights abuses against this group of people in glasgow and the failure of local servcies in Glasgow to tackle this problem appropriatly.

yours scincerely

once again, but four years behind in information terms, glasgow local media talk about a lifethreatening disease, once again just like every other service in scotland they cast plenty of information but what they don't do is talk about what we can do as services and as communitys to help this group of people gte over this deadly disease and the series human rights issues that surround it.

Please don't let this independant voice be silenced on this matter and not to be ignored by glasgow and scottish media. This is the voice of group of people who are having there human rights stripped eroded in every part of society in the west of scotland. It is easy to call people pyscopaths when they are crying out about human rights issues and to say that they must be locked up. This is simply not true. It is nothing to do with politics religion nationilism or anything but the well being of this group of people.

Whoa, Stephen, be grateful for life's blessings, small and great! They are -talking- about it, that's the point, even if it's only the first step in a long journey, they're -talking-. Write down what you want to say to them, what you want them to do -in detail-, then speak up! I, for one, am rooting for you. Councils move as slowly as evolution; it takes them awhile to catch on and catch up, but they do, they do! Keep going! Don't give up!

yeah ok -im havign a bad day and wnat to talk to someone about everything i have been going through for the last few years. The importance of the groups- so i can talk !!! do you see. these bullys in west glasgow walked by me there as they are looking at my comments and they said to me 'your letting the boys down' this is not about letting abunch of boys down. I dont walk with any boys and especially not bullys. On my bad days i need someone to talk to about the hell i have ben through with all this and how sometimes it affects me rembering what i went through. It must be compared with some of the nworst cases of pyscological abuse ever recorded in post war uk.

So Stephen, rather than talk about yesterday, lets talk about tomorrow. What are you doing tomorrow?

of course men in glasgow will say just get your head down and take it like a big man even if it does kill you-im not like that im not a big man. I am a human being who is trying to get over a disease. I think if i never talked about this today i would have went looking for alcohol to stem the pain which might have got me arrested due to the anger i feel about being let down so badly and treated and talked to the way i have been and then of course once the alcohol fuelled breakdown would lead me to prison and of course its all my fault again. They like doing that in the west of scotland to people who show signs of mental health or self harm, they love bullying them because it makes them feel like big men. Anyway sorry. It is bad day and i would like to talk to someone who understands !

So, tomorrow, you'll be wallowing in self pity just like you did today and yesterday?
No that's my role R.D. Fatalky.

New site - great Old shite - not so great

Present Moment: Precious Moment.

I'm sure you're so ruthlessly logical, RD, that you've never had moments of self-pity, ever, in your entire life. Give the man a break. He's pulling himself up by the bootstraps and needs compassion, not derision.
I've had many moments of self pity. I can't remember when they were though. So, Stephen...what are you doiing tomorrow?

It's not a bug...it's a feature.
