From what I've read so far of Lisa's work (this + about half of Alice and Death), it has a very sensual quality, but could do with (IMHO) a little tightening + more focus + smoothing round the edges. Still, I think it's a style that is generally a joy to read & could go to interesting places.

Thanks Pepsoid, I was torn about posting Grey Ocean as I wrote in a dark time and place years ago. I appreciate the comments as I am trying to get back into writing after having kids and whilst juggling a paying career! Lisa Ps What is IMHO?
