Lessons From A Long Night

I really enjoyed this piece. I felt it was an awakening for the main character as well as for the reader. The final paragraphs, most specifically, when Frank steps into the light are wonderful. The detail in the description allows the reader to feel the warmth, and the relief felt from the character. I also loved the watch which seemed to be a character on its own.
