Writing by Feng Shui

I think all writing should be done by the principles of feng shui.

1) No verb should occur in the same sentence as a noun, lest it disturb the peace and harmony and require the noun to act.

2) No pronouns should be used at all. If a noun is ashamed of itself it has no place in your sentences and should not be permitted to hide behind a pronoun.

3) No adverbs; no subtractverbs. We're doing writing, not arithmetic.

4) Only use the best quality words you can find and arrange them by length, pointing West to East.

5) No puntuation, it restricts your words. Let them run free.

interesting concept :) i could see things getting a little confusing :)but i especially like the idea of letting your words run free and no puntuation, puntuation was always my curse :)
I prefer writing by Kung Fu. I want writing that has a kick to it. I practice punktewashun. It's like punctuation but with a green spiky mohican and a safety pin through its nose. JoHn
Writing restricts the mind. Let your thoughts be translated by pigeons.

Poor William Shakespeare was writing in an age when the rules of English grammar and punctuation hadn't yet been invented and yet he's arguably the greatest writer in the English language ever. Ambiguity frees the mind. Like a Panda that eats shoots and leaves (add your own punctuation wherever you wish) JoHn
Hahaha this is all funny. Is this time in the England time zone or whatever (not good with timezones)? Because it says September 1st, even though in America it's still August 31st. Hunh, about two hours and thirty minute time difference? Sorry off topic. Savannah

At least 6-7 hours behind in America Savannah- you are to the west of Greenwich. Feng Shui sounds as though you ought to leave the page empty. As Celtic states- let pigeons translate...
