I absolutely love this.

There are so many things I like about it, the mundane, the realiity of it. I'm able to imagine the setting and your feelings exactly. I love this:
"I hate you for thinking glass of milk
when just before now I had you
flat on your back
with your nipples,
like two frozen peas,
placed so expertly
on top of everything, everything, everything else.
Close, please, that refrigerator door."
I'm off to check out the rest of your work!
Thank you
Soraia
I was just thinking that we never have pieces at ABCtales about fridges, then we have not one but two on the same day!
http://www.abctales.com/story/josiedog/fridge-mountain is a lovely little piece about kids and discarded fridges. I reckon that it's the start of something rather than the finished article, sort of more like a set waiting for the actors to arrive, but it's spiffing nevertheless.
Fridge magnet, though, is like that famous scene from 9 1/2 weeks redone by Jarvis Cocker from Pulp... All longing and awkward rather than raunchy and sexy.
Are there any other fridge stories or poems aout there?
Cheers,

I haven't written anything in ABC tales for a while so I'm grateful for a response. Not sure I do raunchy and sexy. Longing and awkward clearly, yes. I agree let's have more fridge poems! I'm off to mine right now to stare longingly in looking for chocolate only to find half a black banana. Mmmm..sexy
Cheers
Paul
