A courageous and powerful poem, Soraia! Who will not identify, if one is honest?
But I am thinking of the words Saul Bellow wrote:
A man may say: "From now on I'm going to speak the truth" But the truth hears him and runs away and hides before he's even done speaking.

Loved it. Liked the rhythm of it. Its power snuck up on me as I read it through. Defintiley got that affinity feeling going on with it, but great writing anyway.
