Username evolution

I’d like to change my username. Maybe it’s the New Year but I feel compelled to package myself back into the one identity. The current name has served me well but occasionally I feel like I’m masquerading as a magician-the Great Roonek-hiding under a cloak of invisibility. I’m no Drupal Diva but I have experience of administering on Drupal driven sites where users can amend their names. Can we enable this on ABC and let our profiles evolve with our stories?
