I don't know about the caption contest, but I know that Charles Bronson was in Once Upon a Time in the West; excellent film by Leone (had Henry Fonda in as well, I think)

Don't know who won, but the film was either Once upon a Time in America / Once Upon a Time in the West - I always get those two muddled, which may explain why I didn't win.
Western, with Charles Bronson full of menace and playing a harmonica just before he kills anyone.
