I have a question about this site.

Well Mike, it's given by the editors when it's 'cherry picked'. These people know writing like you know your underwear and it's something to be cherished (cherried-cherished there's a link there somewhere). If they say it's worth a cherry then it's a mark of quality, simple as that. You work hard for a cherry and the development of your writing can be judged by them. I've been there myself, you write something that you think is great and you have two options: a: You send it about the place and it eventually gets a genuine response after weeks of silence/ crap responses from those who haven't even read it. b: The guys at ABCTales give you that response in a day or so. The response may be good or bad but if it comes from here then it's worth something because you're being read by those who know their onions and so you develop quicker and with the support of real writers. I'd rather be cherried here than have smoke blown up my arse by those less qualified to do so. It's the best writing site in the world, it's that simple.
