Thursday in Norwich

I went off today into Norwich to find a bit of baby safety stuff, that daughter couldn't find in her town. I found one, only it was in the wrong colour. I decided not to buy it until I'd had time to discuss it with her. I then went for a coffee - my feet were already swollen, and the only cafe with room was one a floor up in a smaller roof space. So I went up. I'd never been there before. It was well used, and being busy was not too nicely cared for.
It was a well known cafe brand, and I enjoyed a milky cappiccino. Quite frothy, soya blend, as I didn't need to worry about a bad tummy later on. I had a gluten free cake too, its safety first with me...
About an hour later my Tummy exploded internally, it was all systems go - Luckily there was facilities near by and I got there. I felt as if someone had poisened me, or at best, that coffee itself had become much worse. I'm not sure if its either of course. However it took about a pot of tea to make me feel able to get up and go about shopping...
I went home about two hours later on, had to soak my poor feet and cream them, place them in warm socks before I felt I might be able to get up again!
Then I went into the kitchen to sort things out, and stuck a hand out to put on the light - and pulled the emergency cord... instead!
Moral: don't put on lights around corners!
