Story and Poem of the Week and Inspiration Point

Some incredible poetry and prose on the site this week again which always makes these choices difficult.

There are some great tales this week and such variety, from Sim's The Hall of Glass Coffins to the very evocative latest chapter of Vincent Burgess' Alien Murmuration. https://www.abctales.com/story/sim/hall-glass-coffins

However, Jane Hyphen's latest tale, Parcel for You, is just brilliant. It's very witty and so compelling that you have to immediately read the next part. It's our Story of the Week. https://www.abctales.com/story/jane-hyphen/parcel-you

It was inspired by the Inspiration Point and there were lots of great pieces based on it this week, including some really enjoyable poetry. For example, Turlough's Jacques in the Box. https://www.abctales.com/story/turlough/jacques-box There were some very moving pieces too; I loved socialeaf's poem about his daughter. https://www.abctales.com/story/socialeaf/parting-my-11-year-old-daughter-halfway-school-change-death-and-attachment

Our Poem of the Week, this week, though is Ralph's deeply moving and powerful poem, Geese. https://www.abctales.com/story/ralph/geese

This Week's Inspiration Point is here: https://www.abctales.com/inspiration-point-ip

I hope it's as fruitful as last week's. Have a wonderful week everyone!
