Chloe was singing Happy New Year, it was now 2007 and it was coming up to her birthday. Chloe always wanted a pet, she also loved books and she'd bought 30 books about dogs, dogs were her favourite pets and by buying 30 books it showed how much she loved them. She really wanted one but her parents said NO every time she asked.
