There are many things that keep me awake in my bed at night
And I will often toss and turn until the dawn's first light
I am plagued with Persistent nagging thoughts from within
For instance who put the Alphabet in the order that it's in?

You know you're getting old when you have to squint to see
And a dripping tap will cause an uncontrollable urge to pee
You regret all those times that you resisted the temptation
And you get winded playing chess and it causes hypertension

Shoot the bell ringers.

Silent minds cause silent bodies
Restless minds cause restless bodies
Ambivalence causes chaos
Control causes revolt
Power creates greed
Greed creates power
Anger creates troubled minds
Peace creates calm minds

Hear me sing my song left unsung to the world
Listen as I speak, to myself- my only audience
For I have tried and I have failed to convey my words once again
Undeserving of the notoriety of the rest

You ever stared down the starry sun
as it glows through the morning haze?
Brilliant white globe dancing on the fingertips of the eyes!
Or seen the death in the eyes of the demon-less doe
as the mad bullet rushed for the space between the eyes?

I wait patiently
whilst others forget me.

I want to invite him
to plunge himslef intomyflesh

My heart aches
in my head

Tears rolling on the inside of my eyeballs

Taking many lives away
And the making
Of a brand new life today

Not even a shadow ,not now
my skin has repaired to pink and ivory

blue rivers follow their course

empassioned platelets stuck
hurled themselves into reeds of damage

You blunder into a photograph.
You know it is a photograph because
there is a man to your right who is trying
to pry his eye out of the camera lens.

DOG LEG

It doesn't matter what
You call a dog with one leg
because he won't come to you
Even if you were to beg

More people wouldn't admit it
