Oh, no, it's snow, floating carelessly down.
The crowds will stay indoors, I might sleep sound.
I'll find a doorway with a dry floor, down a road that I saw.
Snuggle up warmly with fears in my mind, and hope the bully boys don't
do their rounds.
Then they came, the foreign gang
Kicking and beating us; "bang, bang, bang".
When I was left, bleeding, aching and spent
I wondered when my country's pride went
I voted once to change all this
I can't vote now, so it will persist.
Government isn't voted in by the likes of me
So they don't help us, that's what I see.
