Death is not the end

Death is not the end…
It’s a portal through which we all must go;
And face the sacred mystery of the eternal light.
That precious sacred kingdom of the lonely lunatic,
Who, with mild deceit, and rich, love fuelled soaked eyes;
smiles upon those who have been given a chance at life.
With a gentle caress, he stirs our restless burning night;
That forever broils in riven undulations within ourselves.
So, like Persephone, we are stolen from this mortal world;
To return, once more, in subtle shades of ambient reflection.
From whence we once belonged…
we will belong once more…
Moreover...
we will shine, forever,
with thrusted hearts dominion;
To finally take our part in the glory of this,
the universal creation.
Do we deserve this? Perhaps not…
But I wonder…
Have we ever... truly... deserved anything?

its a first draft, so I might make a few changes, its a sonnet though it's not a true form of sonnet... let's just see where the idea goes. :)
