from the ABC set Childrens Poems

Eyebright signature,
trail of light,
white sugar straws,
fizzles sense, sight.

Blizzard of a moment,
Criscringle on the tongue;
in finger spot specks,
winters' song is sung.

I've heard of 'cristingle' but not 'Criscringle'. Nice one;-)

Thanks Tina, it can be spelled Kris cringle, Kris Kringle (Christ Child, the host) etc, but for the modern childs sense of the poem, I tried to tie it more into 12 days of Christmas, so used the 'C' spelling. atb Lena xx

And you're having a heck of a winter too. Yep, have to agree with SSS - nice one.

Thanks D, trying not to mention the word S--w, the media are having a field day with it :-) atb Lenax

You might even say the media is having a 'snow' field day, then :)
