Goes to show, none of us is perfect, but then perfection can be boring and beauty, as we all know, is in the eye of the beholder. Well ain't it just?

Conference pears, are certainly my other half's favourite. Myself, I rather have a penchant for William's;-)

Thanks guys :) This poem is the conterpart to my poem 'Perfection'. This is a theme I love visiting in poetry because I am and always have been very self-conscious about my body, but my boyfriend, bless him is always reminding me that he loves me just the way I am ;)

My experience of love is two people hurting each other through expectation.

But this is perfect. I shall love my pearness!

Ah a cherry pick on my birthday that also happens to be National Poetry Day! A very nice birthday present :)

I thoroughly enjoyed this poem. My favourite lines have already been selected by Silver Spun Sand and they are: "I am like the Venus de Milo
