Early Snowflakes

The juxtaposition and metaphor is really well conceived old pesky. The penultimate stanza is really good. I like it especially when we are taken on a surprising and unanticipated journey. rebirth and redirection, into the sky, back again, metamorphosis - superb, I could go on, but I'll just finish on a "well done"

How sweet! Not a word I would generally prescribe to your writing oldpesky. There's a pleasant surprise.

Pesky you sly old dog - I like this a lot, it sounds like wot good poems should do. Have you fallen out with our good friends the full-stop, semi-colon and hyphen? Nice one. :-)

Blighters, it is my love of snow that made this easy to write. Come this time of year I spend far too long looking at the Glencoe webcams in the hope of lovely fresh powdery snow for me and young pesky to go play in. Look at the picture on my blog and you'll see why.

Julie, good to see Terry doing shows in Brighton. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

A view from Luss pier I hope, having said that Glencoe takes some beating.

I have thirsted at the pap of Glencoe.

Larkin, next time it snows get yourself a snowboard and build a jump with your shovel.

Scozen, ah, the mighty one is what we like to call the Coe.

Scratch, you should've taken more water, sorry I mean whisky.

Julie, my son is doing fine, still attending his creative writing class, and got a wee job over christmas. As for everyday hell in the poem, it's supposed to contrast with the heaven-sent line. Our daughter has book, mad on horse's,from
toddler,then managed go 'Plumpton College.
So on and horse riding centre away,with friend.
Then and could draw great! Runner up at ten. Her dad promised her horse,when small cause never got,she jump over sticks neighed like a horse,all she did was horses. Love of them.

Looks like Scotland areas had very, bad
weather already snow falls maybe.. And other places,
Coming our way,next week gale! force winds,
Brr! can feel it,at the mention.
They have updated my email,settings. So got
get used to it,hard learn.
Hope your warm and well.
Cold and sore throat going around,ok now.
Singing next week,group day centre and places,we
are and n/home. Then show I am going,sing a long songs. Charity they are doing choirs I can watch and
join in. So on looking foreward to it.
X factor to-night, Marcus still sore throat. Hope is
