Stay Hungry and stay foolish
P K Routray
Without a visit to an university Steve Jobs climbed and was enthroned to a crown position,
Creating, nurturing and masterminding a company vying for world’s best in the advanced technological innovation.
He had accepted life as it came to him,
It was full of thorns and across the hostile sea of life he had to swim.
Converted all his crisis and threats to favorable opportunity,
Amidst agony and harassment he could find much innovative beauty.
Be it a software or a hard ware or managing a team with example,
He proved peerless with his achievement as proofs speak in
The whole world talks of his company with I- pod to I-pad,
Without any formal education, at his knowledge and wisdom one gets amazed and awed
His lecture at Stanford is unique to the theories of management and gives the clue to his practices which paved his way to flourish,
It is nothing but that he ever remained hungry and foolish.
Steve could well anticipate forward factors and facts by connecting the back ward dots,
A theory par excellence on future forecasts in management parlance which is always taught.
His theory of Love and loss teaches a theory of success to us,
Under any harassment, loss and under no circumstance one’s love should be surrendered but pursued as ever precious.
His theory based on his live experience of imminent death,
teaches us to treat each moment as if your life will end at the next breath.
Renowned as a computer wizard, a master practitioner of management, with his attitude and hard works he could get the divine grace,
A deserving Nobel laureate in technology, a perfect teacher for knighthood he will remain forever a torch bearer to human race.
The story of his preaching and practice should be a lesson from nursery to a CEO’s chair,
Then only it will be a tribute to Steve Jobs, in fect a genius rare.
