Written for my Daughter on her mums 60th Birthday
for a Poem in a Bottle
On this Dear Mum your special day
I want to let you know
How much you’ve made my life a joy
And how you helped me grow.
From just a little babe in arms
And then throughout the years
Your caring kept me free from harm
You also wiped away the tears.
And now I want to thank you mum
The only way I know
And that’s to give you something back
For everyone to see
My Love

As you can gather, I am rather late getting into this and it's all Linda's fault. I'm pleased you like it. Thank you for your kind comments. I guess personal feelings make it easier to put into words how we feel.
