I read the pages of my heart each day
and strive to live according to love’s way.

Oh love, what faith without you can be true?

and, at the feet of love, I bow and pray.
Oh love, that led me through deserts of time!
Oh love that delivered life’s fruits, sublime!

and show great love to all who come my way.

I like the rhyme scheme to this poem it's very simply but effective 9/10 for this poem :-)

Some of my poems are designed to get across a personal philosophy about life/nature and I try to make them simple and unambiguous but hopefully still appealing so I'm very glad that you enjoyed this.
