The story of the ambitious and cruel Sultan Nahas, whose obsession with a scarlet ring lost to the long abandoned City of Sand brings ruination upon his own sultanate. (Inspired by Arabic folklore).

For setting alight an ancient magical forest, King Harraca comes under a curse from a Lamia, whereby for each day the wood burns: he looses one social rank in his kingdom. Going from King, to Councilor, to Knight, to Peasant, can he kill the Lamia before he is undone? Or will he too be set ablaze by the inferno he himself unleashed?

Jewel, a shining city made up of the bodies of past citizens, and inhabited by their current descendants, the proud race known throughout all of Wayland as the Gem. From the outside it looks like a glistening utopia of precious stone, but as the old saying goes, looks can be deceiving.
