Does Billy brag?

I liked this piece enormously. I usually have some difficulty in reading this style of poetry, I don't know why but it never seems to flow...but this does and I enjoyed reading it. The last thought "That he would like to know a little less" struck a real chord with me...I reckon that should apply to an awful lot of people who think they know more than they do.
