Read other peoples work as much as you can and comment on it. They will in return read yours and give feedback. That's the way it works. Once again, welcome.

...to add to that, if you want full critique of anything, the site has the option to pay a reasonable sum for a professional critique. But, yes, posting constructively on other people's work should get you some feedback of your own. Try the 'search' option to find work that interests you.
