Lessons....Learned(IP)

Life is sometimes full of lessons. Many we learn through trials and adversities. It makes you stronger for the day of tomorrow and though live moves forward , the reminders will always be there , given the changes you went through.

Those changes still shaped you into the leader you are today. One that has learned, who grew but most of all conquered. In everyday life the smallest incident can later prove to be our biggest lesson.

Still that is how leaders are born , not through perfection , also not by always knowing how to do the right thing. That's what makes us human , keeps us humble and centered so that we can relate to another person and connect with them.

Once you've reached the other side of any adversity , you can be truly proud of yourself and know that through the Grace of God ,you've made it through. Although not the same , but stronger , wiser. Life will always be an ongoing school and we must always be open enough to accept , overcome and willing to learn from each lesson. We must always remember what it taught us, exceptional leaders and wisdom comes through learning, you don't forget the lessons. The next time you may be faced with a similar lesson, still by the Grace of God you'll know which decision to make . You'll remember what has brought you to that certain time in place for that you should be proud of yourself.

In return you can use that knowledge to help someone else. That's what makes us winners ,to overcome any obstacle and arise as the winner once again.
