Saturday Afternoon Fire!
A short note just to say thank you to the editor who awarded a cherry to my latest posting. I still find this form of recognition enormously encouraging...it lights my fire as you might say in this instance....well perhaps not. Still thanks very much.

It resonated with me - that whole sense of setting off an emergency when you were just going about life in a simple, inoffensive way - and I thought you wrote it with clarity and style.
