Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year from Downunder!

"Christmas comes but once a year
so celebrate it with good cheer..."

Some wise(?) words from an awful greeting card I received many years ago but have stuck with me, for some reason.

I would like to wish everyone all the very best for the holiday season and for the coming new year. This is a wonderful, encouraging community and I know I have benefitted enormously from being a part of it. Thanks to everyone who offered kind words of advice and support. I might have said this before, but I really do appreciate it.

All my very best,

Mark 'Dynamaso' Mason

Thanks Dynamaso- Like wise to you- I am a bit envious of the temperatures you are celebrating Christmas under. Yeah thanks for the past year and lots of Seasons greeting to you and yours. Looking forward to yet another year with abctales and your work. ;)Pia
Thanks Pia. Summer here got off to a mild, wet start but at least its not cold. All the best to you and yours.

All the best from cold, wet, breezy London!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Years from Southern U.S. =) Darn it's so hot down here... I thought winter was supposed to be cold?! Though winter did just start today... Anyways, Merry Christmas! Savannah

Scotland is basking in the highs of eighty degrees and out white legs are turning brown, our freckles are fading and our red hair disappearing like a bald man. I guess that's evolution. All of which has nothing to do with Xmas, but be of good cheer, I have a beer.

Seeing that everyone seems to be talking about the weather: it is raining here in Cheshire, England, and it is set for the day. Still, I'm told that 'the garden needs it'. Lucky old garden! Anyway, best wishes to you Mark and to all ABCtalers.

Wet, cold and raining in Devon - but a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you Mark. Jenny.

If it is possible to wish anything happy from a black purgatorial mill then happiness to one and all.

Thanks, Jolono, for your kind wishes. Hope London's weather improves for Christmas day.

Savannah, thank you. I'd much prefer a warm winter than a cool summer.

Celticman, I will make sure I raise at least a glass to Scotland while I'm on my break. All the best.

Luigi, thanks for all kind words of support. Hope you and yours have a wonderful Christmas.

Tony, it seems as though a lot of the UK is under the weather, so to speak. Regardless, I hope you and yours have a great time over the break. Thanks so much for all your encouragement and support over the year.

Jenny, thanks so much. I hope you have a great holiday season.

Scratch, I'm sure that even in the darkest mill, there will still be a little light. Hope you find it. All the best.
