I'm new to ABC but have noticed that there appears to be a lot more readers during office working hours than at other times. Would I be right in thinking that many are shirking the workload and browsing?

Yep, guilty as charged, your honour. I have the best job in the world. I get to sit and write my books or read all day in between serving the occassional customer and running my shop. My average sale is forty quid so I don't need to have many a day to make my targets.

You are absolutely correct. Peak times are always 12 noon to 2 pm and 4 pm to 5 pm Monday to Friday UK time!
