ABCtalers? ABCtellers? ABCtalians? ABCtalents?

What are the members of this web-site called? I've used the word ABCtalers a few times because I saw
someone else use that term. I haven't been here
as long as many others and so I was wondering,
"Is there a popular/official term for the users
of this website?".

Unmitigated geniuses? :--)

cool

ABCtalers has been the accepted form for some time - but I think a new word would be more than welcome. Suggestions?
Lexical samurai. Mighty Word-Warriors in the Legions of Light/Dark (delete as appropriate). Mitigated geniuses. Grammar Guerrillas. Peons of Prose/Poetry (delete as appropriate). Dave.
(Seriously though, maybe just 'Talers?)
I would go with talers. It's quicker than writing ABCtalers and it sounds a bit like Tailors which fits in with the idea of craftsmanship.
I'm not convinced we want to be known collectively as 'Dave'! Haha! How about ABCers? 'Talers has no strong reference to the site name. J x

'Call me Dave' has a certain ring to it but I seem to have heard it before. Being Italian, ABCtalian sounds OK for me but what about the natives? ABCBrits?

I think "writers" is a good enough moniker, but if you want something site-specific, ABC'ers always worked for me.
Alphabetians? ABseers(ABC'ers)? ABCkers? ABClions (Chorses)? I've run out of ideas.
Luigi, I don't think I would suit the 'Brit' part, being as I'm an Aussie. Maybe we could have regional names - ABCBrits, ABCAus, ABCUS, ABCItal etc. Personally, I like ABCers...

New Julie cavalderl I will be most sorry, if it is changed from AbcTales, don't you think less will use it. Bit like Brighton Pier, correct name is 'Brighton Palace Pier' complaining to put Palace word title back in. Just my opinion.
Hello, julie This threads not about changing the name of the web-site from ABCtales, it's just about "What is the official/popular term for people who are members of the ABCtales website?" BTW, I have long admired the way that you put the word 'New' at the top of your posts, it's very distinctive.
