Could anybody help Denise, please. she has been in touch to say that she can't log into her ABCTales account. I'm hopeless with anything technical but maybe Ftse or somebody could help her out.

I used the same Facebook password for a couple of years without any problems, then one day it wouldn't work and I had to reset it and choose a new one. There were two letter l's in the word, and one of them I substituted with a number 1, and it was ages later when I realised I'd got them mixed up.
