Oh my goodness Highhat - what is this? Is this genuine? Has the world come to an end and I am dreaming this? I actually love X Factor - it is old style family entertainment on a Saturday and Sunday night - meaningless, harmless, probably terrible for the music industry, quite possibly rigged but I don't really care.

It's called Arab Idol and I think someone has had "fun" editing this clip, Lavadis. I mean why do people kill themselves when Elvis dies, Michael Jackson? How can they say they love them? How on earth do you "fall in love" with icons, idols? You can't! That's my claim to fame. I know a psychologist would have a better explanation but from my point of view, it's insanity.

I also love the xfactor - and as i'm confessing stuff I also love the smell of petrol. (unleaded)
