let's get an abctaler into the guardian poetry workshop ...

one has done it before ... (anne bailey i think?)

so come on ... the challenge this month is an 8 line snapshot poem ... submitted by 21 august ...

Bobblehat is probably our master of the short poem - but with so many magical poets on here I'm sure we could fill up the shortlist if we try hard.

Hope I've got the hang of this... it's a good idea to encourage persons on the site to submit to this workshop thing, which is a great idea sans 'On and On' From July's shortlist. If several of us went in for it (I intend to), by playing the numbers game at least one will make it? Few days to go, get cracking everyone! richardx
