his book launch for Me & Mickie James is in Leicester on July 22nd ...

After shouldering my way through the crowd of bored looking men standing around ogling the pictures in Maxim at the Men's Lifestyle section in WHSmith I now have a copy.
It is a very good write up, and lots about abctales (we sound cool).

It's nice to see someone you know is nice saying things that are interesting in a magazine, and knowing that the interview is only the tip of the iceberg of things that they might go on to say in the future.

i just got the mag - top shelf in WHSmith - helpfully shelved under 'computing' - i think this makes it 'techno porn' rather 'gay techno pop' or whatever they called it ...
anyway drew looks delightful and manages to say dildo several times in the first paragraph ... i have congratulated him for putting leicester on the map in such a quirky, funny and unashamedly mucky manner ...
and for being very handsome too ...

Oh, thanks for mentioning this. I was quite nervous about what they were going to say about me as we talked for about 40 minutes. So I was pleased that they picked out ABCTales, and my 50 word stories, and my story on the radio...

It took me ages to find a copy - I had to go to Smiths in the station in the end. But it is a nice piece and I hope it will help sell lots of books.
