National Poetry Day
It's National Poetry Day today... yes I didn't know either until earlier this week. But it is and we should all write one. So come on all you Abctalers, have a go at a poem. Even if you only ever write prose now's the time to get started. Maybe the Eds would give a cherry to the best and the worst written before midnight....
Eds, I know you are busy and you only ever give cherries to the best stuff but come on. It's National poetry Day!

If poetry was a crime, I'd be fine. Never there, always somewhere, but my first reaction is that would be smash-on. I know it's not a word, but I've no regrets. because poetry is something I can forget.
