Hello, you go to Edit on your account, scroll down to Photo, click on Upload Photo, then Choose/Upload File. It makes sense to save the desired shot to an easily accessible place on your drive beforehand. Then select the pic and click Save on the bottom of your account changes page. Does that make any sense at all?
