An Ant...............short story by Maisie

Enjoyed the second half of this little story, tremendously - the conversation between aunt B and the little boy, especially when he asks for an explanation as to why,

"Ants hold the world together."

(because), "They carry a kind of superglue with them everywhere and wherever there's a crack - they run along it sticking it back together again."

By the way, I think the predator for ants is an 'ant-eater' -spiney or not!!
