East End Film Festival
This years festival runs from 19th to 24th April at various venues in the East End of London. Details and bookings at:
There is also a link in the Breaking News section to the 28 Hours later film challenge. Six short films made in 28 hours and set in Canary Wharf. These can be viewed online curtesy of moi, who did the video website.

Went to an event tonight at the Hoxton Hall. Was ace. If anyone gets a chance to see Suzanne Andrade perform I highly recommend her.

i did go to the mervyrn day film, only 45 minutes along, a drama/documentary about changes afoot in the lea valley as a result of the olympics coming and old industry dying out, made on my door step as i'm just about in the lea valley, enjoyed it, made by st etienne (the band rather than the french footie team)
