The Misfit - Short Story

Considered titles: The Misfit. The Misfit's Deadliest Sin. Survival and Retribution in Georgia. A Slow Pilgrimage to Georgia. This is a piece for University submission, it had to be a prequel/sequel to Flannery O'Connor's 1953 short: A Good Man is Hard to Find - definitely worth a read! All comments will be seriously appreciated and returned on your recent works when they pop up! Regards, J. A. Stapleton.

To Live and Die - Chapter 2 / The Macabre Club (1 of 2)

This is a piece that has taken seven years thus far to write, since I went to Berlin in 2009, since then I have read the entirety of the Ian Fleming books as well as the John Gardner sequels. This novel lies between the EON films Diamonds Are Forever and Live and Let Die (seeing as Gardner continued on in the trail of the novels I thought I'd fill in the gaps of the films). I have studied all these is to, the phrasing, blunt tone, use of the comma as well as the perspective of Fleming when he wrote his novels in the fifties and sixties. I have written this to try and emulate the fantastic author, as well as encompass where Harry Saltzman and Cubby Broccoli. Hope you enjoy this piece of fan fiction!
