X-Country SKIING AT ELMA MEADOWS The air is gray and heavy with frost. The snow makes a crunching sound as you tred upon it. It is cold out, at five degrees below Zero. It is early morning and the sun is just peeking over the frosty tree tops, at the far edge of the eastern horizon.

Foot Prints in Time. I stood quietly on the raised portion of the warehouse floor. I could see all of the milling people and scattered equipment stretched out beneath me.

Halloween Costumes The rain spatters lightly on the dining room windows. Outside, the sky is a leaden gray. In the yard beyond, the golden oak leaves circled lazily to the bronze and green carpet below. The temperature is in the 40's, and is cold and damp. It is mid Autumn in Western New York.

Who Says Golf Is Just a Game? The three story Grecian facade of the "clubhouse sits amidst scuplted, emerald lawns and colorful floral landscaping.It appears as an apparition, a gleaming white, ante-bellum plantation house transported from somewhere in Southern Georgia. The mood in the air is festive as the crowd swirls in and around the stately edifice. There is an expectant air of anticipation for the coming duel in the noonday sun.
