I honestly don't blame you for your feelings on this subject. I personally don't use any of these new gadgets and would much prefer to go to a checkout with a friendly male or female who wishes you a good day after being served.
reading this gave me the shivers, I can't stand one fly leave alone that many. I did have a similar experience with flees. But flies seem worse because they're almost impossible to catch.
I'm so sorry to hear this frightening, sad news. Cancer took my dad so I know how hard it is to cope. At least she's at peace now and no longer in pain.
Thoughts go out to family and friends. Take care and may she rest in peace.
This is such a vivid impressive poem Di. Just had to digest it properly line by line, as you engage with your thoughts of what you are seeing and which you express so perfectly.
Firstly can I say how good it is to hear you back writing again, it's been far too long.
That's such a sad piece of writing. I can't imagine how lonely life must be, it only brings to the forefront just how many other people are out there...

Hi Penny,
such a sad slice of life when two people that were in love have lost their way. Sometimes they just can't see the cracks appear untill it's too late.
Great I P.
