Can you imagine that

or too embarrassed
to say it

It might upset you to hear it
You might not be in the right place

Not ready psychologically
Not in the right place emotionally

these are all valid reasons
to be respected
at all costs

however
the truth remains

and rain

and potholes?

Unused home
gym equipment?

Vigorous sex with
a colleague

Apart from the last one
Maybe,

We have all been there

But it doesn't change the truth

Start off small

If starting off small scares you

Start big

A marathon with no training will hurt

may injure

But not starting at all will kill because it's
